What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase a monthly or annual GoBuid Pro or Pro Plus subscription with any major credit card.
Are there any additional taxes?
It depends on your company's country of origin. All the prices are displayed without taxes, and if we are legally required to collect VAT from
your country, then that tax will be added on top of the final price, which you will see at checkout before making a payment.
What are the different pricing plans for GoBuid?
GoBuid offers three pricing plans: Free, Pro, and Pro Plus.
- ● The Free plan is for tracking equipment, unlimited users, and projects.
- ● The Pro plan costs $19.9/user/month billed annually, or $25.9/user/month billed monthly. It includes full features, up to 20 users, and unlimited projects.
- ● The Pro Plus plan costs $15.9/user/month billed annually, or $20.9/user/month billed monthly. It includes full features, at least 20 users, and unlimited projects.
How do I choose the right pricing plan for my needs?

How are users counted towards billing?
A GoBuid user who is added as a member to an account— either as a normal member or as a manager of projects—is considered a billable team member who is included in the cost of GoBuid Pro and Pro Plus.
How can I replace a billed user?
Because Pro or Pro Plus are billed per account member, instead of per user account, you can remove a billed user and replace them with someone else at no additional cost.
To replace a billed user:
- 1. Remove the existing user from your account in the sidebar of the admin console.
- 2. Invite a new user to the account.
As long as you don't exceed the number of member seats you've purchased, your credit card will not be billed for their access until the next billing cycle.
To check your account’s receipts, access the admin console and click Plans & Receipts in the sidebar. See how many seats have been purchased in the current billing cycle and compare that to the Account members page to ensure that a new seat will not be purchased.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
It's easy to cancel your subscription. To cancel a paid plan, log in to the GoBuid account you wish to cancel, click your profile photo from the right of the top bar, select Admin console, navigate to the Billing tab, and then select Manage Plan. Only a billing owner of a paid account may cancel a paid plan. Read more about GoBuid payment & billing.
What happens if I upgrade from monthly to yearly?
You will be charged a pro-rated amount immediately for the yearly subscription and your contract will be extended by a year. That will be the start date of your new yearly billing subscription.
What happens to our data when the trial ends or we downgrade?
Rest assured, your data is safe with us. If you choose to downgrade from our Pro or Pro Plus plans, your team members will lose access to the paid features, although they can still utilize the Equipment Tracking feature. While our free plan offers more limited features, your valuable data will always be securely stored.
